Shipping & Returns
When will your order be dispatched?
UK: Dispatch within 7-10 working days. All items are handmade therefore we need to dedicate this time to create the product. Orders are dispatched on Fridays, 2nd class, or 1st Class and Tracked is available too. If you require speedy delivery for a certain date, email us and we will try to help.
Rest of the world: We ship internationally to most countries worldwide. Dispatch within 7-14 working days. We offer both standard and tracked shipping options worldwide. Please note that if you do not order with tracking, we cannot be held responsible for any lost items, nor replace them.
When to contact us if your order hasn't arrived:
UK: 14 working days. We can see whether delivery has been attempted or not.
Rest of the world: 28 working days.
Please note that if you do not order with tracking, we cannot be held responsible for any lost items, nor replace them free of charge. However, do send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you believe your order is lost as we can contact Royal Mail on your behalf for more information.
UK: FREE 2nd class delivery applies to all orders. Per product, upgrading delivery costs range from just £1,50 to £3 for 1st class and £7 to £8.50 for your parcel to be tracked. Additional products will increase the postage cost, however these are the maximum rates.
Europe: Per product, delivery costs range from £3.50 - £9 for standard shipping and £11.50 to £16 for your order to be tracked. If the checkout says there is no shipping available, you have ordered an amount that is too heavy for us to post to you. Please split your items up into two orders, or email us for help.
Rest of the world: Our delivery costs range from £3.50 to £14 and £12.50 to £19.50 for your order to be tracked. This may vary depending on the amount of your order, so to check the price, simply follow through to the checkout page.
Please note: It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of any additional customs charges for overseas orders placed with us. Once items have left us, we are unable to control or predict what these fees might be, as this depends on the country being shipped to. If you have any questions about this, please pop us an email and we will assist wherever we can.
Wrong/an incomplete delivery address:
In the event of this you must contact us immediately, before the item is dispatched. We won't be able to refund you for your order if it gets lost. Hopefully the item will be returned to us, and then we will offer to refund your order (minus postage) or ask you to pay postage again to send it out a second time with an updated address.
Return & Exchange Policy
If an order arrives damaged, or you believe it is faulty in any way, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible with a clear photo of the issue so we can appropriately address it for you. If we are not contacted within 14 days of delivery, we will be unable to take responsibility for the damage, unless it is a clear print/production error.
Although we take care to package goods appropriately, accidents can happen during transit, and we will do our best to resolve any issues for you.
If you have customised your order in any way beyond the core collection, please be aware we do not accept returns. Whether this be a complete custom order or a colour change to a FABstract design, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for these items.
